D&L Safety Services, Inc. recently achieved the goal of reaching 100,000 working hours without incident.  This achievement took place on the new TN State Library and Archives project in downtown Nashville, TN.  Previously, Empower was honored as being named as the Turner safety trade partner for the 3^rd quarter of 2019 by the general contractor on the same project.  D&L Safety Services on-site safety consultant, Nathan Escue, completed the project over the course of a year while being contracted to Empower Electric, LLC of Nashville.  This achievement is even more remarkable when considering the last four months of D&L Safety’s involvement in the project was during the COVID pandemic, and the area experienced a damaging tornado.  

Mr. Escue was quoted as saying, “It has been a pleasure to work with both D&L and Empower on this project.  I am very proud of the achievement by our team.  It is never easy to perform the duration of a project without an injury, but I was fortunate to work with some exceptional people who have the highest commitment to occupational safety.”
